if you are reading this then, like me you have been bullied in ur life, u may have been bullied by family member, chav, idiots, retards, government, the details dont matter. i was bullied several times by a family of chavs and a racist. but that is what made me write this, to help you. i have steps for you to take, guidelines if u will. to help you
1) the most important thing is, whatever you do, DO NOT commit suicide, no matter how hard or how horrible it seems, taking your own life will not solve anything, will they stop? will it solve family matters? HOW WOULD YOU KNOW YOU'D BE DEAD!! erm...in short your life is too precious to be taken, and besides, that means they win, its the ultimate victory. i know how you feel, it will get better if u stick to these guidelines...
2) the first course of action is to tell someone,you never know, it may help, it didnt help me but thats because the british police system is shit (something i wish to change)
3) if two dosent help then just wait till they get bored and leave, or move away, i have done this several times, (im just unlucky) it works for a while, trust me.
4)learn how to defend yourself, buy some weights and train till you are stronger than them (ive done this) then when youn are...KICK THEIR MOTHERF**KING ASSES!!!! its the only way they'll learn, revenge is sweet
5) Or... instead of kicking their asses just confuse thaem and outsmart them, make freinds with people bigger than them for protection,(freinds will always be a great help btw, theres strength in numbers) if not, use step 4).
